On behalf of SilverHorn Golf Club we would like to thank our BuckNight participants. This week we had 39 participants dueling it out in a random two man best ball format.

We divided the field into two flights based on handicaps. 15 handicaps and below were placed in the "A Flight" and 16 and higher were placed in the "B Flight". We then paired players randomly and calculated a "Best Ball" score between the two players.

BEST BALL EXPLAINED: Players play their own ball as if playing an individual format. The team then takes the best score from each hole to get their total.

Here were the results for our 2-Man Best Ball:

"B Flight"
1st:
Few could keep up with longtime SilverHorn member Robert Sinclair Sr. and Ray Barrows.
2nd:
Ron Tackett and Warren Truesdale.

"A Flight"
1st:
Jason Clark's and Bryan Wilson's one under 35!
2nd:
The tiebreaker for second was calculated by the teams total score on the hardest handicap holes. Hedley Ludlow and Ryan Sims won the tiebreaker on hole 9 with a total score of  36.

Contests:

Longest Drive #1:
Richard Resendez smoked a drive down one to win by a few feet!
Closest to 150 marker #3:
Ryan Sims playing it smart and winning prizes at the same time!
CTP #5:
BuckNight first timer Brad Marron with the best shot of the day on #5.
Closest to 150 marker #8:
John Fitzgerald has played this hole enough times to know the 150 marker is the place to be.
